Online Store Terms
The following terms apply specifically to the Zippo.tw online store.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you can pay for the items ordered.
- By placing an order, you agree to the sales terms in the product description, including payment methods and accepted delivery addresses.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your online purchase details.
- We may decline an order at our discretion and reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse service. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the amount paid by credit card or PayPal as soon as possible.
- We may add or remove products from Zippo.tw at any time.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities sold.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD).
Delivery and Privacy
Zippo.tw respects customers' privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information transmitted to us, including protection against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Returns
Under these published terms, products purchased on Zippo.tw may be returned within seven days of receipt. Defective goods are handled under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
